How to maintain contacts?
How do you guys keep track of your contacts?
I haven’t found a good way yet. I have probably 100 contacs that I need to remember to call/write regularly just to check in. Don’t really feel like creating a project for each one as it makes to many project….
Anyone has THE solution?

Create a task for each call/email. Use "waiting for" to keep track of the response. I am in sales and call many contacts a day. This works very well for me.
I use a single Project for all calls/emails.

Ok. So 1 project and each contact has its own task.... That could work.
Do you also keep a log for each contact about what was said etc? How do you manage that? By the note function related to each "next" ?
