GTD &Projects
Hello,
I don't know what is the standard regarding to Next Actions and Projects but can you assess the fact of toping one "Next Action" in each Projects, so that only this Next Actions for each Projects will be displayed in "Next Actions" ?
Thanks & Regards.
Laly.

@Laly
There is a large discussion on this with many great suggestions from the users. Nirvana is aware of this and will be making changes to address this.

I think I should reply to this discussion with the following.
It is possible to add a Focus on a project. If a focus is set, the focus (context) for the under-laying NA are greyed out. I could think of situations where this is not desirable. Example:
project Fix hallway lamp (@home)
- Buy light bulb (@shops) - Put light bulb in lamp (@home)

Here is a video of what I would like to see on the Next list. I call it a unified Next list where ALL Next Actions show on one list. No division between single task and project task.
I also want to select the NA's of a project and have only those task show on the Next list as it should be.

@JP (a comment on myself) I think I should use the Tags for context and not the focus.

A context in GTD is a Location or Resource.
I use AoF for my Location Context and Tags for my Resource Context.
Areas of Focus:
Personal
Work
Business
Context:
Call
Internet
Office
Computer
email
Agenda
