    I have the same one and a simplified one as well. I also have my weekly review outline on my wall that I glance at while going through it.

    :-)

    You have a simplified one for the whole GTD "experience"? I havent seen that one before - would you mind sharing?

    You can get all sorts of free articles here, including various workflow pictures, yours included.

    @deekod,

    I have many GTD Flow Charts which are much simpler than David Allen's latest complicated version that was created to generate more revenue for a system that is simple but somehow re-invents itself often enough to justify buying more stuff about it.

    Sorry...... It was in my head and I had to say it.

    I don't mind sharing at all, but I could not remember where I got all of these. I will create a zip file with some of my GTD Flow Charts and see if you find any of it useful. I will attach the file to this discussion.

    The diagram in the original post and in the zip file can be purchased here https://secure.davidco.com/store/catalog/GTD-WORKFLOW-MAP-AND-COACH....

    Here is the free top half: https://secure.davidco.com/store/catalog/GTD-PROCESSING-AND-ORGANIZ...

    Say what you will about revenue generation; we don't have the right to post the full diagram here. Buy it if you like it. The poster size is obviously much easier to read, and the DVD walkthrough is very nice. I had the file here printed out for a while and decided to buy it; much, much easier to read the large versions, and therefore much more useful. To me, "pretty" is inspiring even if it is basically the same diagram. Inspiration is worth something.

    @brian.

    I agree with you.

    I don't use the complicated version of the workflow but I have purchased both books. I have the actual books and the ebooks as well.

    I don't purchase the poster because I don't really use the small one either.

    @deekod & @proximo... sorry had to remove your scans of the davidallenco GTD workflow map image attachements. Got a slap on the wrist for having copyrighted material posted. Sorry folks!

    @Christiane,

    We are the ones who should apologize. I did not really think about in that way because I only considered the poster size version as the legitimate solution, but I guess some people use the small one full time. I thought it was too hard to read with the small text myself.

    If I honestly saw value in the workflow, I would purchase the large poster with no problem, but I just don't like the complexity of it.

    Thanks for removing it and I do want people to support David Co. by purchasing the actual books on GTD. The other materials is personal preference.
