I see that area of focus is used at 20,000 ft and can be slot into Nirvana. Where do you keep information on 30,000 ft and beyond?

I was mainly referring where do we keep 30k ft and above information. Do we keep them in Nirvana, or should it be on a paper stick on a wall, or stores somewhere else? How are you keeping track of stuff which are 30,000 ft, 40,000 ft and 50,000 ft?
