Logon to website OK, logon to mobile website - password rejected
Hello,
I am able to logon to the "normal" website OK, but when I use the exact same password (copy/paste) to logon to the mobile website, I get password rejected.
Is this a known issue or am I missing something?
Regards,
James.

...seems to be limited to Safari on my iPhone. When I copy/paste the exact password to another browser on my iPhone it logs in fine.

I logged in just fine on my iPhone with Safari.
Could be a bug.
Just to make sure, the mobile web app address should be http://app.nirvanahq.com/m

Not likely a bug, unless a Safari one - and I use Safari on my iPod, and as @Proximo mentioned works fine.
I would suggest rather than doign a copy/paste try entering it directly - sometimes copy/paste will either be blocked for password fields, or can pick up an unintended character.

Hi David,
I entered it in normally the first few times and only went to copy/paste later ...besides that same copy/paste worked in the other browser (iCab mobile). Strange, isn't it?

Proximo,
Ahah, got it (I think).
Safari is at the address you mentioned and says Nirvana 2
iCab Mobile is at www.nirvanahq.com/m and says Nirvana
...this is an N2 v N1 thing, isn't it? However I have no clue how iCab mobile was at the N1 address when Safari was at the N2 address.
Regards,
James.

@james - yep, sounds like a N1-N2 as you mentioned:
FYI for others...
N2: starts with: https://app.nirvanahq.com then for mobile, add /m
N1: https://www.nirvanahq.com/app then for mobile, /app is replaced by /m
