Scrolling in the mobile site with my iPad 2

Since the last updates, I have notice a delay in trying to scroll the "Next" and "Scheduled" pages in my iPad 2 with the mobile site. The projects page does not exhibit this behavior. It scrolled smoothly before. I try to scroll the page with a swipe and nothing happens. On the second try, it scrolls, but many times the iPad thinks I wish to delete something and that message comes up.

This occurs with both Safari and the Atomic browsers. I have the latest iOS on my iPad 2 -- 5.0.1

Update -- this also occurs when accessing the mobile site via my iPhone 4S.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I'll have Elbert/Mitch look into it.

I'm going to move this to the mobile category.

Thanks so much, David. And sorry for putting this in the wrong category.

I checked this morning on my iPad and iPhone with two additional browsers and it does the same thing on all of them.

Well, it is a problem after all - but I know if I moved it to mobile they'd see it faster :-)

The scrolling is now very smooth, without delay. Thanks!!

I have notice that when one scrolls the Waiting for list, this delay I described earlier still exists. All other areas scroll very smoothly now. Just for your information...

David, any news on this? I know it is very minor, but thought I would check with you.

Hope you and the Nirvana team are well.

I just wanted to report that now ALL areas are now showing the delay in scrolling. I don;t mean to be a pest, but thought this should be reported.

May I ask about the status of this for the mobile site? I still see the delay in scrolling. I have tried different browsers on my iPad and it is the same on all.

I have the latest iOS version...

Much better now! The only section that still exhibits the delay in scrolling is the Waiting for section.

Don't mean to be a pest or spam the site....just reporting observations that am hoping are somewhat helpful. Really only trying to help...

I hate to report this, but the Next section is exhibiting the delay in scrolling once again. All other sections scroll smoothly.

    Thought you all should know...

    David,

Interesting, but I have to tell you during the highs & lows of your scrolling experience we made no changes to anything on our app or servers.

This would lead me to believe that there is something going on in your environment - maybe other apps running in the background or memory getting low so it's a bit jerky when swapping out apps, or what not.

Again, I'm not a mobile guy to know all the factors involved, so those are just guesses.

Sounds reasonable, David. It is scrolling more smoothly now, so am not sure what the variables are on my end.

Thanks for letting me know -- was not meaning to be a pest. Will stop reporting on this.

    np.

Was hoping the 'mobile guys' would pick up this one, but they're swamped and I was out for a couple days and trying to play catch-up.
