iPhone App
I know you are probably BEYOND sick of having people ask about this, but I am dying out here. Being able to have an awesome iPhone app just pop up for Nirvana... with no loading times... that would be - well - nirvana. Remember the Milk has one, but I like you guys. Things has one, but Things ain't Nirvana baby! All I need to know to tide me over is how long I have to wait. Do you have any idea whatsoever of when I can expect to be able to use a native Nirvana app on my iPhone? Even if it were a year from now, it would still help ease the pain. Just knowing how long I will have to wait would be enough. June 7th, 2012. I'll wait. If the world is still here, dammit I'll wait for you baby. Just give me a date. Can you help me?
Sincerely yours,
Tyler

I'm getting excited for this!
Based on David's 4 week window comment and his post somewhere else that you guys are shooting for open sign-up by the end of January, it seems like all of this is about ready to drop.
Maybe sometime next week? Can't wait!
(fingers crossed)

@Tyler McConnell
Ok, your comment was pretty funny. :-)
Perhaps I need to restrain my passion a little.

Hmm... today is a sad day. I've been using Nirvana for over 2 years now, and waiting for 10 months for an iPhone app with some kind of 'offline' support but enough is enough. I just don't understand how it can take so long to develop? Surely you could have hired in a specialist iPhone developer?
I'm now about to pay $100 for Omnifocus Mac AND iPhone apps. It's a sad day because I'm paying money for a product that I just don't think is anywhere NEAR as good, but there's no point me hanging on anymore as it's always "nearly done". The boards here are testament to the massive demand for a mobile edition. Surely if you'd got some additional funding you'd have had your app a year ago and easily be able to charge $20 for the mobile app. I'd happily have paid $100.
Anyway I realise life and business are not always that simple. I wish you guys the best of luck for the future and hopefully I can come back once you've got it sorted.

Is there anyway you could check if I'm on the list for the beta? I've installed TestFlight and registered my device... just wondering what my text move should be. Thanks so much Mitch.
Sincerely,
Tyler McConnell

@Tyler - The people in the beta test will be chosen shortly.
As mentioned, there will be a small group first, then a larger group added later.
We'll make sure everyone knows what is going on at the appropriate time.
David
