Hi guys
I just discovered this one by accident.
If I choose "Unassigned" area, the navigation panel shows that I have one action in Focus. However it is empty. See attached screenshot

I have the same situation, only the action is in "Next". ???

I think this may be related to a bug we found a couple days ago -- where tasks that were dragged to logbook or trash, without being flagged as completed, were showing up in the Daily email notice.
Theoretically when you drag items to trash or logbook they should auto-complete (IMO) and then the issue would not occur.
Can you check for me if that is what is happening here? And if so, if you flag them as completed that the counts are then correct?

Yes that might have been the case. I don't remember exactly what I did. But I do quite often drag tasks to trash without completing them first...

I see that I have written my email in the topic for this by a mistake. Would be great if you can edit the title or delete this post, now that we know what the problem was :)

I moved all of my unassigned logbook items to trash and deleted trash and still have the number showing up...

Figured it probably would be.
I didn't see it on the fix list, but sometimes small tweaks aren't recorded, and I still can't reproduce it.
I'll keep looking.

I just wanted to update you on this one. I still see one non-existing task in the focus list for unassigned area, nothing has changed even after couple of resets and logging in from several computers and mobile devices.

@Dafyren - Thanks for the feedback.
If it's a data related bug, it would likely be something in the logbook or trash (wouldn't need to be focused there, just have a sched or due date prior to 'today' - regardless of task status), and if that was the case then it wouldn't be affected by resets or different devices.
The other is a straight 'counting' bug, but then I would think it should have a more consistent behavior and be easy to reproduce - which it's not.

Well spot on once again David. I just emptied everything from my Logbook and from Trash.

np -- it's still a bug, because those items shouldn't be counted - so it's on the fix list.
