Recurring dates

Not sure if I just haven't figured it out or if it's not a feature, but it would be great if there was an option to make tasks recurring. For example, I have blog posts due every Tuesday and Thursday. Or If you have some sort of project due every week. Although re-inputting that info is helpful to remember you have to do it, it can become cumbersome after awhile. Just a thought.

Recurring and scheduled tasks are in the works and hopefully we'll see something soon.

Indeed...the recurring tasks is the feature I am most anxious to see. I have about a billion recurring tasks and re-entering them each time and/or leaving them on the to-do list isn't practical for me right now. Can't wait for this feature! :-)

In a different thread Elbert indicated that it shouldn't be too long until the next update (he said "we're almost there"). Since they'll also release their API with that update, I'm guessing that recurring tasks will be included in it since they've mentioned several times that they want the core features to be done before releasing the API. So I'm guessing we won't have to wait very much longer.
Until then I keep using the Scheduled list as a workaround. Instead of checking off a task that I'll be repeating soon, I just drag it to Scheduled and pick the new date. Not too much of a hassle, I think.

I love that you guys are so transparent - so refreshing after being a reluctant RTM user all these years.... I always get the feeling that RTM is going nowhere. Slowly.

Any news on this? I love to start powerusing this, but I really need recurrence (and more keyboard shortcuts like RTM)
