Hi,

Recently, I added some task my account (5-6 tasks). Then I closed Google Chrome. I re-opened Google Chrome later, and now, I can't go in another category. When I open my account, I dirrectly go in "Today".

So as you know, i'm using Google Chrome 4. I tried in Google Chrome 5 and I have the same problem. But in Firefox, everything work fine. So the problem come from Google Chrome.

If someone have a solution for me, it would be very appreciated because I can't use my Nirvana.

    Hi Antoine.

I am using Chrome 4.1.xxx without any discernible problems. When you say "categories" are you referring to "Today", "Next", "Projects", "Waiting For", "Someday" lists, or do you mean the tags at the top?

I mean categories like you say. Tags works perfectly.

Sorry my english is not very good :D

What happens when you click on Next, Projects, Waiting for or Someday?

Does it give you an error message?

Does it lock up the application?

I'm running into what appears to be the same issue. I'm using Chrome 4.1.

Basically, when I try to click on anything else, i.e. Projects, Someday, Next, etc, the window locks up and I can't do anything. If I click on an Area of Focus, the application filters the Projects and then locks up.

Argh, any one know how to fix this?

    Thanks!
    Mischka

EDIT: I should also mention that when the app locks up, Chrome starts sucking up all resources and my computer's fan starts going nuts.

Hello... actually take a look and see if you have a Chrome plugin/
extension called "Smooth Scroll" installed. If so, uninstall it and
let us know if you are still having this issue of not being able to
click into the different views via the left hand navi.

Some other Chrome users have had this issue and it was because of this
plugin. Now.. I know that people would like to continue to use that
plugin... that's a different kind of bug to resolve.

    :)

    Thanks Christine.

I don't have that plug-in installed. However, I just cleared my browsing data, i.e. history, cache, etc, and everything appears to be working again.

Great to hear it works now... although I'm going to let the dev team
know about this issue so we can keep an eye on it (caching issues).

    thanks,

I was having same problem but in Firefox V 3.6.3. I also am seeing for first time, the word "initializing" in my upper right hand corner of screen. I cleared the cache and that has resolved the problem, although things seem to load slower than I like. Now, though, they load. However, I am continuing to see this word "initializing" in the black nirvana menu bar. Is that normal?

No need to apologize. Happy to help find bugs. I'm actually welcoming an
opp to report bugs to someone else rather than be the receiver of the
reports. We're building a few Drupal sites here and if you know anything
about that php/mysql-based CMS then, well, you understand.

Wow ! Thanks ! I uninstalled Smooth Scrool and now everything works.

It's strange that Smooth Scroll do this...

    Anyway, thank you very much.
