Today and un-Today
Hi
I started creating a project. Then I assign it a due date of today. When that happens, the box on the left becomes yellow which shift it up to the "today" list. Then I decided the project is not due today and does not have a due date. I updated the project, but it still shows the yellow box and still listed under the "today" list.
Is this a bug?
Cheers

No, not really. The Today list is treated as its own "bucket". Once the task is in Today, it stays there until marked "done" or you move it out of today. You can remove if from today from the drop down menu on the very right side of the task, select the first option, "Remove from today."

Thanks. But there is no option for "Remove from today" for a Project. Yes it
has for an item, but not project.

You sure you are not confusing Projects with Tasks? I don't see the behavior for Projects as you describe. I see that behavior for Tasks however. Maybe I'm missing something. In other words, I don't see any projects in Today at all, only Tasks.

Well, I tried reproducing it again, but it doesn't seem to repeat. I am
attaching a snapshot of what is my Today.
It is not an issue for me since I can always redo the project and tasks
again.

Hopefully some of the more knowledgeable folks can pipe in here. I can't recreate this either.

I am able to replicate what you did, and I would call that a bug.
Also, I question whether a project should appear in the Today list at all. After all, a project is not actionable. On the other hand, maybe that's where the bug is.

Cool. I think this would be a question to post to the GTD gurus'. Should
projects appear on the Today list?
