tasks in projects: completion, focus issues

If I have moved a project to "Today", and I later add a task to that project, that task isn't automatically added to today. I don't know if other people feel the same, but I would like it if that automatic processing could be added in the future.

Also, I accidentally clicked the "complete" box on a project. When I undid it, I later went into my tasks, and the task wtihin the project showed itself as "complete", which it shouldn't have, once I undid the project's completion. As I think about this more I imagine it might be a bit complicated to implement this, as I might have already completed tasks within the project that I wouldn't want to uncomplete along with the project, but if some way could be figured out to uncomplete the tasks that were set to complete along with the overall project, that would be great.

The only thing I don't agree on is moving a Project into the "Today" section. In GTD, you don't complete or work on Projects, but the task/actions that move that project toward completion. Based on this, you should only be showing task in your "Today" section and once it's complete, have the next action on that Project show up on the "Today" list.

David Allen clearly stated: you cannot do projects, you can only do tasks

Good points; thanks guys. I must admit, now that I've spent some more time on Nirvana I see that I was trying to make it fit into my old way of working (which wasn't working) rather than adapting to the Nirvana setup. Now that I'm adapting to Nirvana, things are going smoother.

GTD is very simple at it's core, but it takes time to adjust to it. I found myself trying to make things more difficult at first but with time you learn to trust your system and it does help you get things done.
