Just signed up for Nirvana, Just curious as to wait time for me to be a member

Hi everyone! I've been reading posts and watching tutorials for the last few hours. I really want to jump into this asap. I just signed up today (September 2nd 2010) whats the estimated time for me to actually get an active profile?

I just bought a new MacBook and while I am not typically impatient, I really want to integrate my GTD system into a new platform asap and I like the looks of this one most. However If I have to wait a few weeks I am not sure If I wont already be wrapped in something different. Any ideas? Thanks in advance..everything looks great here.
