Does anyone else have this issue? http://screencast.com/t/QvP26lXQB

I can't seem to get the "create new task window" to work consistently for me. Any clues on what's causing this?

    Why dont you write in :
    "Create a new task (type here)" box?

    Its faster and always works fine for me!

    Vin,

    I understand your frustration. You should be able to enter a new task using any method provided by the site. I rarely use the "Create a new task" box because I like to see the other fields when adding a task to a project.

    I only use the "Create a new task" field for dumping things out of my brain and into the inbox. Now I use a Desktop App in Windows 7 that does this for me, so I rarely use it on the Nirvana site.

    With that said, at first I though it was simply a regeneration issue. When you where adding the task and hit enter, I did not see the "Working" text at the top left of Nirvana which means it's regenerating.

    When you created the task using the "Create a new task" box, I noticed that it did regenerate, but the previous task that you created did not show and therefore, it ruled out the regeneration as the cause.

    It may simply be a bug.

    I do not experience this problem but I run W7 with Chrome 6

    sorry.

    Figured out my problem. I was hitting the "i" key instead of the "n" key. When kitting "i" the task goes to your inbox. So the tasks were being created, but they were going to the inbox, not the folder I was in.

    HA :)

    @Vin

    I can't believe I did not think of that. I use the "i" and "n" as needed but did not think of it as the problem.

    Glad the mystery is solved.

    It actually wasn't the issue. There was a problem with adding tasks. I've had the issue again since then. And if you actually watch the video you'll see they weren't being added to the inbox either.

    Strange. Any ideas?
