Nirvana 2; Cannot set area of focus
I have kind of mentioned this already under a more general bug.. but it comes down to this..
I have some standalone tasks, and I cannot set any of them to my 'Work' area of focus - I can set them to my other AoFs fine.
It sets them initially, 'Work' appears in the list, then i click on a different view and it forgets it
There doesn't seem to be anything different about Work to my other AoFs, no clashes or anything
This is very frustrating as i basically cant use standalone tasks at all now!

New standalone tasks do allow the Work AoF to be successfully set, but ones from migrating just dont work

martin, I can't reproduce this on Chrome 7.0.517.44 on a MacBook Pro, running Snow Leopard (10.6.5). What is your browser and operating system?

At the moment Linux FF 3.6.12
I'll be on Chrome/Mac later though - but on that i cant even get the AoF menu to drop down at all!

Team Nirvana have already said they are not supporting FF 3.6 yet - try FF 4, if you prefer FF.
By the way, the menu issues on Chrome were resolved three builds ago.

Mac, Leopard - Chrome 7.0.517.44 - N2 build 87
Menus now work yes. But still cant get it to remember my Work AoF on a standalone task
Creating new task with JUST 'Work' as a tag, it sticks, i then add a context, and after switching view and back again 'Work' has disappeared
Creating a new task with 'Work' plus another tag, switch view and back and 'Work' is gone
Using my other 2 AoFs works fine

I wonder if "work" is also a context for you? I seem to remember reading something about issues with duplicate names.

I thought that too, but it doesn't show up in the filter list.
I have a Work AoF and a @work context, but no 'Work' or 'work' context

This is still a problem for me on the latest build - very frustrating
