Email ticklers down?

Today I received no email tickler - first time since I've been using Nirvana. Not sure I changed anything on my end, and I do (unfortunately) have tasks that are overdue. Anyone else seeing same?

    I checked around the office and folks here seem to be receiving their ticklers...

    N1 or N2?? This is only available in N1 right, or did a miss the return of another wonderful feature... (hint hint)

    Didn't even know there was an N2 until today - will definitely have to check that out. But, I've been using N1. As I said, I don't think my email tickler has ever missed until today. We'll see what happens tomorrow. Thanks all for looking into this.

    This is happening to me too. I didn't receive one 12/21 or 12/22.

    We found the problem and it has been fixed.
    Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

    Details: We moved some servers around 3 days ago, and missed one configuration tweak. We have a filter that blocks outbound emails from non-production servers (with the exception of nirvana staff), and we forgot to add the new server to the filtering rules ... which is why we were receiving emails just fine here, but nobody else was. Sorry about that.

    Upshot: All emails should now be going out as expected, so your next tickler should arrive as usual. Please let us know if it winds up in your junk/spam bucket. It shouldn't, but you never know with email these days.

    I haven't received my email ticklers yesterday and today :(
