N2: Focus list problems for tasks created last year

The 'un-star' command in the focus list is not working. This bug is for only tasks created last year.

I'm trying to remove a task from the focus list -- I click on the star -- this removes the task from the focus list -- hit refresh and the task is back again in the focus list. Strange!?!

   I'm also having problem deleting tasks from the focus list.
   

   I can edit the content but cannot delete tasks (created in 2010). When I delete, the tasks disappears, but appears again on refreshing the browser (chrome).
