Projects within projects
I am not sure if this has been discussed.
I have found that in setting up projects that there are tasks
within the project that turn into projects. I was wondering if
others have encountered the same issue and how they handle
this.

Hi David -
If you drag a task onto Projects in the left navi, that task will be converted into a standalone project. Is this what you experienced?

Hi Elbert,
Sorry. My wording was a bit confusing. What I meant to say is that when I am developing a project, I find that one task within the project could be a project in and of itself. One example could be a project to have the house painted. One task within that project would be to pick a paint color. However, picking a paint color may end up having several steps.

Nested or sub-projects are not supported at this point.
Not sure when they will be, but it's something that has been discussed.

I like to set up nested projects, too. It's a pitty that this isn't possible yet. For example: I'm writing my thesis, and there defenitely "set up a questionnaire for variable 2" is a project on it's one, while "set up a questionnaire for variable 3" also. Both include several steps I'd like to split up.
