Multi-Drag/Drop (firefox, chrome, safari)
I know you now have this feature, but I can't find how to use it. How do you select multiple items? I've tried selecting while holding shift, or control, or holding left mouse... what's the "secret?" (sorry if this is something obvious that I'm missing)

You need to drag a box that captures all the tasks you want to select. Make sure the starting point of the box you drag is not on one of the tasks or you'll just drag that task around. Once you have multiple items selected (they'll be highlighted in green) you can drag and drop them wherever you want to.

However, I don't seem to be able to move them on the same page to re-arrange their order (at least not within Firefox).

@lasares - yes, this multi drag to sort within a list is still coming, just as soon as we can figure out how to implement it. baby steps... we finally worked out the kinks to be able to multi-select and drop multiple items onto another list, but not yet within the same list.
note: multi-select does not work in internet explorer 8 at all. single drag/drop only. we're hoping to figure this out in the future... or perhaps internet explorer 9 (where it does work) will be released to the public soon enough to make this shortcoming irrelevant? :-P

Elbert,
Is non-contiguous selecting also coming?
Or is there already a way to do it and I haven't figured it out? I tried the typical ctrl-click (cmd-click on the Mac).

@Elbert: I wasn't complaining. Nirvana's baby steps are leading it quite fast in the right direction.

@Roddyt, non-contiguous selecting is in our plans, most definitely. @Lasares, no worries... we don't take people's comments as complaints!
