Account cancellation
Hi,
I would like to cancel my account, but I can't seem to find that option anywhere in the settings/account menu. Also the help/faq section doesn't provide me with any information on that. Could you please instruct me how to cancel my account?

Hi Emiel,
We can take care of deleting your account for you. Please be sure that you have exported your tasks before we do - you'll find the EXPORT option via the account (i.e. your name) menu located in the main menu bar.
We would love to know why you'd like to cancel your account - this info helps us understand our users more and would be appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply and the support. The reason I'm canceling my account is actually twofold:
1) I want to check my tasks 24/7, everywhere I am, preferably even when I'm offline
2) I want my tasks to be available on my mobile, laptop and desktop
So far I must say that 'things' - which you undoubtedly are all very familiar with - comes closest, although they do not support syncing with google calendar or exchange yet.
I really liked Nirvana though, especially the design and the GTD approach! Keep up the good works!

Thanks for giving us your feedback... much appreciated. Stay tuned in the future when we will have an iPhone app and offer up offline mode for both the web and mobile web version.
