At what time of day do Scheduled tasks move into Today?

When I look at my Today list very early in the morning (say 3.30 a.m. Central European Time), tasks that are scheduled for that day haven't moved into my Today list yet. So I'm wondering, at what time of day do they move there? I'd like my scheduled tasks to move into Today at 0.00 my time.

    Lasse, I thought I read somewhere that scheduled tasks are put in Today at 4.00 am; the rationale being that while some people work past midnight, few people work past 4.00am.

    @pnooren: Thanks, I'll pay attention to it next time I'm up at that time - which hopefully won't be anytime soon... :)
