Viewing Reoccurring Events
Unless I'm missing something, I can't ever see if an event is a reoccurring event unless I right-click it. Is there an icon or something that will let us see if an event is already set up as reoccurring? Also, what is the correct way to delete today's event without affecting next weeks.... like in Outlook and google it asks "Do you want to delete just this event or the whole series?"

You should see a little recurring icon next to the scheduled task that are setup as recurring.
Here is a link with an image.

thanks for the Reply. Yes, it does appear in the Scheduled area as an icon, But.... it does NOT show an icon when I'm looking in the Focus area, which is really the only area that I am ever looking at today. Also, what is the best way to delete it the single event? By checking it or trashing it?? How do I delete one item in the series vs. the whole series?? Thanks :)

Scheduled and Recurring task only show up on the Focus list when the date set is met. In the Focus view you will never see the icon but in the Scheduled list you do as an indicator of what is a scheduled task vs. a recurring task.
I always complete my task by checking it. This way it goes into the log if I ever need to look back at my history.
You can only complete/delete the scheduled task when it shows up in the Focus list. If you delete the parent recurring task from the scheduled list, you delete the entire series. Only when the recurring task is pushed to the Focus list will it become an independent version of the series that you can check off as complete or delete it.

Right, thanks. Since I only work from my focus list, sometimes I have to delete an item that is (or should be) reoccurring and it sure would feel better seeing a little icon telling me when I delete it, it will show up again next time. I don't want to accidently delete an item that I THOUGHT was already listed as reoccurring but is not. Now I have to right click on all of the ones that I THINK are reoccurring to make sure I've listed them properly.

I agree, and I like the idea of an icon to indicate a "spawned" task in on the list.
In the latest build (206) if you now right-click, to the right of the task information, when the context menu comes up it will indicate the pattern task and the date the spawned task was created; e.g.

Hope that helps,
