I am creating my monthly productivity report and noticed that my Archive data only goes back to 04/01/2010.

Where is all the other Archive data I have?
How do I access it?

Mine only goes back to 4/23?

I was expecting Archive to be much longer than this. What is the current default and how do we make it bigger? I'd like to see at least a year!

    thanks

Hi Guys - The archive is still a work in progress. The archive goes back indefinitely, but at the moment we're only displaying the last 100 items, I believe. Just haven't gotten around to adding pagination, search or filtering. It's on our list of things to implement.

Oh, and as people have requested, there will be export options as well.

    Thanks for the explanation Elbert.

This is something that matter to me because I create monthly reports to show my activity and I need to be careful my archive data is not cut off before I can transfer the task to my report.

    Thanks again.

    +1

I think the archive really needs a bit of work (grouping by project at the very least). IMO it should be a top priority. As it stands, I hesitate to archive some things as so much information goes missing (project id, for example, and date it was due, and AoR, etc...).
