Export doesn't include date created or modified

I see that - at least for the CSV export format - that exports don't include a date/time stamp for when tasks were created or last modified. Could this be added?

Staying true to GTD practices, I use start/end dates sparingly -- which is the only date info included in an export. And there's no filtering of exports - you get everything you've ever done in Nirvanahq all in one file. So to use the exported data requires you do some sorting and filtering after the download - which I don't mind - but without a useful date/time stamp - it would take a looong time and a lot of effort for me to use the exported data. Hence my request.

   The export is an area we really want to re-work heavily and give you more control over what's exported rather than a the mass dump that it is now.

   I'll add a note about the dates.
