Nirvana Team,
First, as always, just wanted to say that Nirvana is fantastic, and
in my opinion its still the best web-based tool out there. However,
there does not appear to be any mention of Sub Projects, Folders,
or any type of project hierarchy functionality recently. This still
seems to be a major gap. On the blog post regarding the move from
Beta to full launch, there was no mention of this either. Just
wondering if we can infer from this that this functionality is a
long way off? Or perhaps I should say, I'm inferring that Nirvana
is not going to be getting Folders or any type of sub project
functionality any time soon. Hopefully I can be proved wrong.
:-)

No use waiting longer. I think they're not going top implement
subprojects. Perhaps someday un the future, when we are old, we can
use subprojects. Meanwhile, lets go somewhere else. Toodledo has a
pretty new face, and many apps that use their apy.
Kind of curious about this one as well, since I have not heard
much about this in a while. I have a faint memory that Elbert or
David mentioned some problems with the nesting of projects. But
since I have the memory of a goldfish, I may very well be mistaken
in this assumption.

(I guess you mean API ;-)) Yes, like Due Today, which has a good
android app (despite some rough edges), has nested projects AND
nested tasks (which makes everyone happy), when-done-dependent
recurrence, and syncs with the free version of Toodledo.
I'm think not looking back now... unless Doit.im implements
nesting in the future, or Nirvana does it too AND makes a good
android app AND has an acceptable pricing scheme.
It's a good point. I really really really want nesting projects.
But, I think we owe a little patience to the dev team. They have a
lot going on right now.
On the other hand, a 1 line update on the future of nesting
projects from the dev team would go a long way :)
@Wizzu Oops!... Of course, I meant API... That's the kind of
things that happen when you're posting from a mobile phone while
travelling on a crowded underground! X-D
@kbjeff I agree with you. They must be very busy, but if they
don't inform about anything we can think that they're ignoring us.
A short post from time to time saying "we are working on it" would
be great.

Nested projects (or sub-projects) are in the works. Check out this thread:

Many thanks for the information.
As I said... My apologies to Nirvana staff. O:-)

Being able to nest tasks and/or have a project hierarchy is critical for me. I hope you are able to address this!

I really liked Nirvana, it's a pitty. Bye.
Thanks.
