Bookmarklet
It would be great to have a bookmarklet to send a task to Nirvana. I run Nirvana in a SSB, so I don't always have it open. Checkvist, Toodledo, and RTM all do this in different ways, but it is always helpful

Hi Vin...
The dev team just let me know that this is definitely on their list, so stay tuned!

Christiane,
Any more progress on this? Rapid task entry is something that is important for me, and something I have gotten used to with Toodledo. Have you seen the way gqueues.com does their bookmarklet? I love how simple and non-intrusive it is. I'd love to see something similar to this with Nirvana.
See it in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWs8cb8_pR0
Any chance of getting something like this with Nirvana?
Thanks!

GQueues is very slick. I have been playing with it and it has several features I would love to see in Nirvana.

Wow - that GQueues is quite impressive and so simple. Plus, it has subtasks!

GQueues does have great features. It's nor structured for GTD and
filtering by tags is not that great nut we can learn a lot about some
if the great features it does provide. Sub-task are easy to manage and
it has great integration features.
I think Nirvana team can get some grat ideas from GQueues for sure :-)

@proximo - Yep, gqueues has some great features, and we have a very good idea of which features we would like to (re)implement for Nirvana. We'll get there, we'll get there. Now if I could just clone myself and the rest of the team several times over...

Good stuff Elbert
You are doing a great job with Nirvana and we all look forward to the
changes that are coming.

You can use the following for "gmailing" tasks into nirvana:
I've also put the code up on JSPerf (while this isn't quite a test case, I figured a trusted 3rd party domain worked best for some hosted JS code instead of my personal site). You can actually build your bookmarklet dynamically on this page.
Again, this is just using your gmail + nirvana email inbox, but it's definitely a start for capturing pages. Nowhere near as elegant as the final solution will be I'm sure.
