"Move to Project" feature should only show projects from current focus area.
I'd like to suggest that the when clicking on the "Move to
Project" item from the menu displayed when clicking on the down
arrow at the right of each task that only projects in the currently
selected area of focus be displayed.
Right now even though I have my "work" AOF selected I still see all 57 of my projects when selecting "Move to Project" . It's a bit too many to quickly grok.
However switching a task to another AOF still needs to be done
occasionally. To facilitate switching a task to a project in a
different area of focus I'd suggest that a new fly out menu be
added that shows the projects from other areas of focus. Similar to
how selecting "inactive projects" shows all inactive projects
today.
Thanks
James

I don't think you are the first to suggest this.
I think it's a good idea because you normally don't want to see Projects outside of the focus you are working in.
I think the menu list is a bad approach anyway and there should be a simpler way of choosing these type of actions. Not saying a list won't work but not one that is dynamic and based on where you move the mouse pointer. A more static approach would be easier.
I don't like it when a menu pop's in and out because my mouse moved over a little. :-(

Thanks for the suggestion. I've added it to the list of improvements for the task context menu.
