Voting on ideas

I'd suggest letting everyone submit suggestions in a way where we can vote on them. It gives a clearer idea of what is wanted and what is not. Salesforce do this with feature-requests and it works very well:

I seem to remember UserVoice offer a similar facility, but not used it myself.
