Copying tasks to other lists
Hello,
I have been using Nirvana for the past week and I really love it so far. Thank you for making this amazing GTD tool!
I see there is an option to move a task to another project. I would really appreciate if there was a copy task to another project button as well. I am working with two different clients on a similar project. The tasks to complete the project are the same but I have to do it for two different clients, therefore I have two projects setup in Nirvana. Right now I have to manually type the same tasks twice. It would be nice if I could say copy to a different project instead of typing them over. Sample tasks are below.
Client A: 1. Book an event room 2. Sent invitations 3. Book a band 4. Decorate the hall
Client B: 1. Book an event room 2. Sent invitations 3. Book a band 4. Decorate the hall

You currently can't copy a task or duplicate it as many here call it. I think it's in the works.
You can move a task from one project to the other by simply dragging it to the list of projects on the left navi.
You can also choose to move it to a Project from the pull down menu on the right of the task. It's a little arrow icon pointing down.
If you want to copy a task into another Project, what you can do for now is click on the title of the task to enter edit move, copy the text and then open the other project, create a new task and paste the text. Not a solution I know, but it's the only option we have at the moment.

Yep, that works for now, but would be nice to have the copy task feature. :)

You are not the first to request this, so I bet it will be added eventually. It's not currently in the "What's Next" section, but if enough people ask for it, I am sure it will get implemented someday/maybe. :-)
