Knowledge Base: Keyboard Shortcuts

Nirvana is a web app but did you know that like your desktop apps it has some "hot keys" or keyboard shortcuts to help you be even more efficient in getting your tasks done?
When you're logged in, pressing the following keys will bring up specific lists from the left navi.

    1 » Inbox
    2 » Today
    3 » Next
    4 » Projects
    5 » Waiting For
    6 » Someday
    7 » *(not assigned)*
    8 » *(not assigned)*
    9 » Archive
    10 » Trash

You can also create new To Dos by pressing "n" from within a list.

    n » New To Do
    return » Save
    esc » Cancel

So, for example, if you'd like to create a new To Do in your Inbox, first press "1" to navigate to your Inbox. Then press "n" and start typing the name of your To Do. Tab through the fields, and hit "return" to save, or "esc" to cancel.
