You can link to documents, launch webpages or applications, send emails, and call phone numbers from Nirvana. To do this:

1. Add the link or number to your notes .
2. Make sure your notes are expanded.
3. Click the link to launch your action.

Here are a few tips to help you make the most of different types of links:

Link to web content

Nirvana assumes you’re using http or https as a protocol in your links. If you need to access another protocol, such as FTP, make sure it’s written at the beginning of the link.

Link to files stored online

These work just like web links. If you use a cloud-drive type service (e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive, etc), create a link to the file or folder and add it to the notes section of your item. Click the link and the file or folder will open.

Make phone calls

Click directly on the number to make your call via mobile phone or any click-to-call extension installed on your web browser. Phone numbers are clickable with the following formats: 1-123-123-1234, 1 123 123 1234, (123) 456-7890, 123 456 7890, or 123-456-7890. You can also use dots in place of dashes.

Launch emails

To launch a blank email, add the address to the notes. Click the link to launch your email client.
